There are a few steps to change our daily routine to create Immune Health
1. Bring your body to workouts:
when you are getting up, then you start your day with workouts, yoga, or meditation for one-hour minimum or a maximum of 40 mins.

4. Evening walking:
By doing Evening walks, our day will get relaxed with a pleasured mind.
5. Reduce our stress:
We can reduce our stress by doing meditation, laughing at least for 10 mins for 24 hours, listening to music, and chit-chatting with friends.
6. Drink plenty of Water:
Here is one measurement, if any person has 60 kgs of weight then he takes, 3liters of water. By drinking water every day, we can flush out impurities from our bodies.
7. Get proper sleep:
Our day is filled with work, so we have proper sleep to set our body and mind for the next day. So that we can sleep completely for 8 hours.
